Seafood Dish | Deep-fried Oysters Recipe

One delicious seafood dish you may try. Don’t be afraid of the oysters! It’s a yum!

To cook the a delicious oyster dish, here’s how:

Ingredients:

1 egg

3 tablespoon milk

1 dozen large oysters, shucked

dry bread crumbs

salt

pepper

tartar sauce

chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions:

  • Beat the egg until foamy and stir in the milk and seasonings.
  • Dip the oysters into the egg, then into the bread crumbs.
  • Place the breaded oysters (few at a time), into a wire basket and immerse into 365 degrees deep-fat for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and tartar sauce, then serve.

Cooking Tips:

  • If you want to make it more special, you can use cracker dust instead of bread crumbs.
  • If the oysters are frozen, just add 1 to 2 minutes to the cooking time.
