Seafood Dish | Deep-fried Oysters Recipe

To cook the a delicious oyster dish, here’s how:
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tablespoon milk
1 dozen large oysters, shucked
dry bread crumbs
salt
pepper
tartar sauce
chopped parsley
Cooking Instructions:
- Beat the egg until foamy and stir in the milk and seasonings.
- Dip the oysters into the egg, then into the bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded oysters (few at a time), into a wire basket and immerse into 365 degrees deep-fat for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and tartar sauce, then serve.
Cooking Tips:
- If you want to make it more special, you can use cracker dust instead of bread crumbs.
- If the oysters are frozen, just add 1 to 2 minutes to the cooking time.
