Seafood Salad Recipes
How to make seafood salad ala Indonesian.
200 g squid, cut into rings
500 g cooked shrimp large enough
200 g shellfish (mussel) bottle
4 lettuce to the bowl
½ cup thousand island dressing
1 tablespoon cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
HOW TO MAKE A SALAD SEAFOOD:
1. Boil water, cook the squid 2 minutes over low heat. Do not be too long because it will become chewy cooked, drain. Chill.
2. Peel and clean shrimp. Drain clams.
3. Arrange the seafood on top of lettuce. Mix dressing and cream, splash into seafood and sow with parsley.
