Shrimp Alfredo Stir-fry

With Shrimp, veggies and a light tasty flavor, you can’t go wrong when serving this dish.

Servings 4-5

¼ cup Cheesy Ragu classic Alfredo. 
1/3 Kraft Parmesan cheese
Large cooked Shrimp (peeled, deveined with tail on)
1 /2 cup orange, yellow and red pepper
½ bag Deluxe Stir Fry veggie
Spaghetti noodles
Olive oil
1 pkg. Sazone
Adobo
Parsley (dried)

Preparation:
1.    Defrost shrimp, and remove tails. Set aside.
2.    Dice peppers. Set aside.
Directions:
3.    Put frying pan on medium heat, drizzle very little olive oil, after 5 minutes put shrimp into the pan.
4.    Season Shrimp with Sazone, and sprinkle in circular motion of Adobo. Also sprinkle pepper and a dash of parsley.
5.    Cook the spaghetti as directed on the box; continue with steps below while noodles are being cooked.
6.    Add half a bag of Deluxe Stir Fry into the pan. Cook until veggies are tender.
7.    Add diced peppers.
8.    Add Alfredo sauce.
9.    Add parmesan cheese, and then cook until mixture sauce is thickened.
Put spaghetti in the middle of the plate, and then add the shrimp mixture on top of the spaghetti.
Enjoy!

    I love shrimp. You can’t go wrong with shrimp. Everything else just makes it better.
