Stuffed White Fish

Spanish recipe for stuffed white fish.

Ingredients:

 

1000 g white fish
50 ml lemon juice
Old garlic
200 ml white wine
60 g butter
50 g walnuts
50 g almonds
50 g raisins
100 g seafood
50 ml olive oil
1 / 4 fresh parsley Peak

Making:

 

1. Stew in three quarters of half olive oil and wine all products, chopped
2. Clean the fish so fill it with stuffing and sew the prepared hole
3. Put it in an oiled baking dish and then pour in melted butter
4. Bake fish in the oven. Rinsing with other wine mixed with olive oil and lemon juice

Note: Serve her hot.
