Three Simple Steps to Cook a Healthy Fish

This is a made-simple guide recipe in preparing a baked fish. This is good for the health.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs Fish, whole, dressed
  • ¼ Butter, cut in 3 slices

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190˚C (365˚F).
  2. Place the fish on a greased shallow baking pan. Make three ¼ inch slits on top of the fish and insert the slices of butter.
  3. Bake at 190˚C (375˚F) for 50 minutes or until it is easily flaked with a fork.

Variations:

  • The fish may be stuffed with vegetables or meat.
  • The fish may be basted with butter or lemon juice or white wine mixture during cooking.
  • Fish may be wrapped in foil before baking.
  • For 6-8 servings.
