Trout with Lemon
How to prepare trout with lemon.
Ingredients for Lemon Trout
· 8 small trout
· 2 cloves garlic
· 1 lemon
· 6 tablespoons olive oil
· ½ cup white wine
· 2 bay leaves
· Romero powder
· Thyme
· Salt
· Pepper
· Aluminum foil
Wash and slice the lemon. We light the oven temperature to be taking.
Wash and emptied the trout. Put them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the trout with olive oil and white wine. The seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
We put up the lemon slices and bay leaves. Then I cover everything with foil.
Boil gently in oven for 5 minutes without coming to a boil. Serve cold.
