Mouth Watering Vegetable fish….something fishy hmm try it out…
VEGETABLE FISH
Ingredients:
- Milk-21/2 cups.
- Butter-25 grams
- Suji-½ cup
- Paneer-50-60 grams, mashed
- Ginger-small pieces, finely chopped ½ Tbsp.
- Green chilly-1
- Garlic-½ Tbsp, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander-11/2 Tbsp.
Method:
- Boil milk in a non-stick pan.
- Add butter, ginger, garlic, green chilies, Paneer, salt, coriander and lastly add suji. Stirring at all the time, and at low flame, till the mixture thickens. Make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the mixture into a greased flat plate or a tray and flatten it with oiled hands.
- Let the mixture cool and set in the fridge.
- Then cut into finger shapes (rectangle).
FOR THE DEEP FRYING:
Ingredients:
- Maida/white flour. 2 Tbsp
- Water, salt, pepper.
- Bread crumbs.
- Mix all the things in a bowl for coating consistency.
Method:
- Roll the fingers in bread crumbs.
- Then dip them in the batter.
- Then again roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve Hot.
