White Rice with Salmon

Have you ever cook white rice with salmon? No, try this one out.
Ingredients
400 g long grain rice
100 g smoked salmon
1 packet cream
1 onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 thread saffron
Oil
Salt
Method
- First, put in a pot to boil water twice that of rice. Once we take to boil the rice and boil 10 minutes on medium and 10 low heat. When you are ready and had snick it under cold water. Reserve it.
- Second, in a small skillet take a half tablespoon of oil. While heating chop the onion and cut the salmon into small strips. When the oil is hot add the onion and stir it for 5 minutes, until it is transparent.
- Next, in a mortar mash the saffron and dissolve in a splash of cream. In a separate large pan, put the oil with the onion and rice and then stir. Then add the cream, salmon and saffron of the mortar. Once again removed and salted at your liking (way).
- Finally add the chopped fresh parsley, stir carefully and serve it.
Now, try it out and take a bite. Delicious, Right?
