Yummy Cheff Salad

Chef salad recipe.
|CHEFS SALAD BOWL|
|1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 head of lettuce, torn in bite size pieces. (Do not cut lettuce with a knife it will turn brown)
1 cucumber, chopped to bite sized.
2 lg. tomatoes, cut bite size
1 can pickled beets, cut into strips.
3 sm. carrots, cut into small sticks.
3 hard boiled eggs, quartered.
1 c. cooked ham, cut into strips.
1 c. cooked chicken, cut into strips.
1 c. cooked roast beef, cut into strips.1 Small onion or scallot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Rub large bowl with cut garlic clove. In bowl combine lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. Arrange eggs, carrots, beets, asparagus, ham, chicken and beef. Use your favorite dressing.(ranch)*Make sure no one is allerigic to eggs,or onions etc
