Healthier Mini Cheese Burger Pizza’s
Healthier mini cheese burger pizzas for game day or any day.
Ingredients:
4 pep ridge farms deli flats ( two sides to each)
1 – 14 oz. Jar sugar free pizza sauce
1 bag low fat shredded Cheddar (do not use fat free, the stuff is like plastic except it will not melt)
.5 lb lean ground beef (go leaner with lean ground turkey)
1 jar pickle slices
1 onion chopped
Recipe:
Brown burger
Lightly toast deli flats
Spray cookie sheet and play all eight sides on tray
Use a table spoon to spread desired amount of pizza sauce on each slice
sprinkle desired amount of cheese on each slice
evenly distribute the beef among the slices
sprinkle onion on top
finish by placing 3 pickle slices on each slice of pizza
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
