Homemade Fried Snake

published by PhAaRrTdY on Dec 28, 2009

A recipe for making fried snake by yourself.

Snakes are very exotic food which is mainly enjoyed in Asian countries. Many people are scared of eating snakes, but it really just tastes like chicken. If your vacation goes to china or somewhere near you should really try it out, however, this recipe can be used anywhere where snakes are accessible.

First of all, get a snake. I would recommend you get it from a “professional” as some snakes can be poisonous or deadly.

After you got it, cut the head off. After that, slowly pull the skin off the snake, starting from where the head was. This can be a bit tricky, but just take your time.

Next, cut it into pieces. I would recommend 2-4 inches depending on the snakes size and what you personally prefer.

Make a fire pit, and warm up a pot. Add some lard.

Put in the snake pieces. Add salt if you prefer.

Stir it around until the snake gets brown all over.

Now take the pieces out of the pot, let them cool down, and they are ready to eat!

Enjoy

You need to gut it first. Slit from anus vent to head and remove guts, then cut into pieces. If you don’t do this it will be uneadable
