How to Make Spicy Cutlets
This is a great recipe and will be loved by everyone in your family.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4 medium size
- Onions – 2
- Peas – ½ cup
- Fine bread crumbs – ½ cup
- French beans – 100gms
- Carrots – ¼ kg
- Cabbage – 200 gms
- Ginger/green chilli paste – 2 tsp
- Bread – 6 slices
- Garam masala powder – ¾ tsp
- Salt as required
- Corn flour – 1 tbl. Sp
- Oil for frying
Method
Cut onions, beans, carrots and cabbage as fine as possible.
Boil potatoes and rest of the vegetables steam it.
Peel skin from the potatoes and mash it well. Take a deep curved pan, heat oil; add ginger chilli paste and onions to it. Fry onions till crisp. Now add cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes and fry till it loses all its moisture. Before removing from fire, add salt and garam masala, stir well and leave it to cool.
Take bread pieces, dip in water and squeeze out the water, now add this bread pieces, corn flour and half of the bread crumbs to the vegetable mixture, mix well and make small round flat balls, coat it with bread crumbs and shallow fry it till golden brown.
