For dinner both Northern and Southern Italy likes to have a feast for hours the types of foods would be; pork, veal, goat, fowl, fish, sweet dried fruits. To drink they would have scented wines, and they would have entertainment. Muslims contributed greatly to the Italian cuisine, Muslims gave the Italians food such as; rice, spinach, alcohol, oranges, lemons, and also sugar. Over the years Italian Cuisine has greatly evolved in part because of a wealth of outside influence that has added to its characteristics flavor and appeal.
