Ann’s Beef

A simple recipe for Ann’s beef.

Ingredients

700g of beef

Butter

200g of sterilized vegetable mix

Salt

Grounded pepper

200ml of acid cream

Potatoes

Method

1. cut the meat to thin straps

2. Put it onto hot butter

3. Roast it

4. Stew it until it is half done

5. Skin potatoes and cut them to cubes

6. Put foil onto a roaster

7. Spread the butter on it

8. Put a layer of potatoes onto the foil

9. Salt and spicy them

10. Put a layer of meat onto potatoes

11. Salt and spicy it

12. Put a layer of vegetable mix onto the meat

13. Close the foil

14. Put it into hot oven for about 30 minutes

15. Open it

16. Spread the cream onto it

17. Put it back into oven for a while

18. Enjoy this tasty meal
