I don’t know about you but I like to eat some steak once in a while. What I like about this wonderful piece of meat is its versatility. You can cook it however you like. You can season to your taste. Just the smell will stir up the hunger juices within.
In this day and age, you’ve got to be a steak expert in order to experience the best. If you want quality, a steakhouse is the place to be. I went to a particular steakhouse and was amazed at some of the prices. A good steak can range up to $100 or more dollars. On the other hand, if you want to save and cook it yourself, a supermarket can be the best place to go.
Myself? I enjoy a good pepper steak seasoned with peppers and onions. Did you known that pepper steak is a Chinese American dish? It dates way back to 1948. I enjoy eating my pepper steak with some soy sauce for extra flavor. The next item of steaks that I,enjoy, is the Fajitas. When I go into a Mexican restaurant, that is the first thing I order. Mixed with spices, peppers and onions, this is made to order.
A Tex Mex meal, Fajitas is one that will satisfy the most demanding of steak lovers. I, personally, like eating my fajitas with a tortilla. It adds a special flavor to it. Now, if I take my wife to a nice Steakhouse, my choice is a T-bone steak. When it is seasoned up to par, this dish can be juicy and sweet-smelling to the nostrils.
I like to mix my bread with the left over juices of my T-bone steak. A good T-bone steak will have the meat just slide from the bone. If you want to impress that special one in your life, a visit to a steakhouse may be in order. There are many other different types of steaks. I have enclosed some helpful link to help you in the study of Steak 101. Enjoy!
