Asian Barbecued Steak

Very good west meets east food.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 pounds flank steak
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together chilli sauce, fish sauce, dark sesame oil, fresh ginger root and garlic. Score flank steak and place in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Trim flank steak, and place on the prepared grill. Brush frequently with remaining marinade mixture. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, or to desired doneness.
