Bacon Beefs

Serves four.

Ingredients:
 
500g minced beef 
2 small red peppers 
4 slices bacon 
4 slices of cheese 
paprika|
pepper  } Any kind of Spices You like 
salt.  |

You start to cut the peppers into small cubes and work them into beef. 

Form 4 as steaks, which are seasoned with salt and pepper. Then you put bacon slices around the steaks (hold them if necessary. Firmly with a wooden toothpick). 

Put the steaks in a small casserole. Put the cheese on top, sprinkle it with paprika. 

Put the dish in a hot oven 200 degrees for about 15-16 minutes.
