Baked pork chops.

BAKED PORK CHOPS  
8 pork chops (3 to 5 oz. each; 2 per person)
Nature’s Seasons (an herb and spice blend) to taste
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. cracker or bread crumbsSeason chops lightly with Nature’s Seasons.

In bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil. Dip to coat pork chops, roll in cracker or bread crumbs. Lay out pork chops on lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees until done (turn if necessary), 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Preparation Time: 20 to 25 minutes.
