My family loves this and I’m sure yours will too.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • flour
  • dash of salt & pepper (optional)
  • 6 to 8 boneless pork chops
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg and milk together in small bowl.
  2. Put the flour, salt and pepper in another small bowl.
  3. Dip the pork chops into the egg and milk mixture, then coat both sides with the flour.
  4. Place the pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn pork chops over and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and pour the two cans of soup, thinned with a little milk, over the pork chops.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and return to the oven for 30 more minutes. (Makes 6 to 8 servings)

Note: If preferred, you can lightly brown the pork chops on both sides before baking.

I have to show this to my wife because we love pork chops in our house. My kids will love this too. Great recipe, can’t wait to try fit. Michael

The recipe looks great! But this ad driven site is awful. Will not click anymore links to this crappy place.
