Barbecued Meatballs

Delicious meatballs with a tasty barbecue sauce.

Delicious meatballs in a great barbecue sauce that will make your mouth water.

Ingredients

Meatball

3lb. ground beef, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 cup oatmeal, I cup cracker crumbs, ½ cup chopped onions,  ½ tsp garlic powder,  2 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper, 2 tsp chili powder

Sauce

3 cups ketchup, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ tsp garlic powder,  ¼ cup chopped onion

Method

To make meatballs, combine all meatball ingredients (mixture will be soft) and shape into walnut size balls.  Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper lined cookie sheets; freeze until solid.  Store the meatballs in a freezer until ready to cook.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.  This recipe makes 80 meatballs.

To make the sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.  Place frozen meatballs in 13×9x2 inch pan.  Pour on sauce.
