Barbecued Pork Ribs Recipe

Fire up the grill for that barbecue party.

INGREDIENTS:

Barbecue Pork Ribs

1 kilo pork ribs

3 cloves garlic, crushed

Barbecue Marinade

1 1/2 cups ketchup

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp lemon/ lime juice

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 cup oil

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

PROCEDURE

  1. Rub pork ribs with garlic
  2. In a container, mix all ingredients for barbecue marinade.
  3. Marinade overnight. Afterwards, wrap ribs in foil along with half of marinade.
  4. Grill.
  5. When half-cooked, remove ribs from foil and grill open until cooked to desired tenderness, basting continuously with the marinade to keep from getting dry.
  6. Chop ribs and serve with corn and extra barbecue sauce.
