Beef Rolls in Cabbage
Recipe for beef rolls in cabbage.
Ingredients
600g of beef from leg
Salt
Grounded pepper
Red pepper
750g of acid cabbage
150g of cooked carrot
Ingredients for filling:
150g of pork shoulder
1 onion
Piece of break
100ml of milk
1 egg
Salt
Grounded pepper
Red pepper
Caraway-seeds
100g of cooked carrot
1 spoon of parsleys top
Method
1. Grind the pork meat
2. Cut the onion to little pieces
3. Add it to meat
4. Dip the bread into the milk
5. Add it to the meat
6. Grate the carrot and add it to the meat
7. Add egg and parsleys top to the meat
8. Salt and spicy it
9. Mix it all together
10. Cut the beef to slices
11. Crimp them
12. Salt and spicy them (also with red pepper)
13. Spread the filling on each of the slices
14. Roll them and secure them with skewer
15. Mix grated carrot with cabbage
16. Salt and spicy it
17. Take a half of it and put it into fattened roaster
18. Put rolls onto a cabbage
19. Cover them with the rest of cabbage
20. Add a bit of water
21. Put the roaster into hot oven
22. Enjoy this tasty meal
