Beef Schnitzels with Cabbage

Recipe for beef schnitzels with cabbage.

Ingredients

6 beef schnitzels

Salt

Grounded pepper

Flour

2 onions

Butter

Cabbage

6-7 shucks of garlic

Marjoram

Method

1. Crimp the schnitzels

2. Salt and spicy them

3. Cover them with flour

4. Roast the onion on butter

5. Add schnitzels

6. Roast them from both sides for about 3 minutes

7. Add a bit of water

8. Cover the pan and stew it until the meat is half done

9. Cut the cabbage to straps and put it onto a meat

10. Add mashed garlic

11. Salt and spicy it

12. Add marjoram

13. Add water and stew it until it is soft

14. Enjoy this tasty meal

Potatoes or bread will make a good side dish.
