Beef Steak Teriyaki

 1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak

1 cup beef bouillon

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/8 teaspoon powdered garlic

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

Have butcher remove membrane from steak, but do not have it scored in tenderizer. Remove the fat and gristle. Cut steak into diagonal strips 1 inch wide. Combine allremaining ingredients for marinade and marinate meat strips about 24 hours. Remove from marinade; drain and thread on skewers. Cap each with a large whole mushroom, if desired. Broil 4 to 5 minutes, turning once. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
