Broad Beans a La Catalan

A green and delicious stew for the whole family!

Ingredients for Broad Beans a la Catalan:

     * 3 grams of mint
     * 12 grams of parsley
     * salt
     * pepper
     * Olive oil
     * 1 kg broad beans
     * 250 g bacon
     * 100 grams of black sausage
     * 200 grams of onions
     * 50 g garlic
     * 500ml port wine

How to prepare Broad Beans a la Catalan:

First cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it to a medium,  adding a little salt and pepper, and then i add the onion and garlic, previously cleaned and sliced, add the sautéed once, and then the mint and parsley.

We’ll leave it to simmer and add the port wine, which with we will cover and let it cook until it is ready.

Just before serving, I add the black pudding and cook for three minutes, so that evrything combines solidly.
