I made this for our Church Homecoming dinner and it was a big hit.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground bison
  • 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Del Monte Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Crumble ground bison into a large mixing bowl. Add cracker crumbs, eggs, spaghetti sauce and milk; mix together thoroughly.
  4. Pour  mixture into greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bison? Very interesting indeed. Think I’ll have to replace it with something more mainstream with my lot of fussy eaters.
    Great share!
