Burgers

The best and easiest burgers you’ll ever come across.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • I large egg
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion grated
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger or ½ tsp powdered
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce, Diana’s honey garlic or maple gourmet are our favourites

Preparation

  1. Mix in bowl all ingredients,  shape into burgers, and slap good so they stick well
  2. Wrap up and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours or longer
  3. Place on hot grill and cook till done
  4. Serve and eat

Makes between 6-8 burgers.

    This sounds delicious and I am going to be giving this recipe a try this weekend. I will let you know what I think after I have tasted the burger for myself this weekend.
