Carpaccio of Beef with Parmesan

How to Prepare carpaccio of beef with Parmesan.

Ingredients

· 1/2 k beef

· Parmesan cheese

· Oil

· Black pepper

· Lemon

· Salt

First cut the meat into thin slices, almost transparent. To make it better, the meat must be chilled.

We extend the layers of meat in a dish and sprinkle with olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, we take a squirt of lemon and serve.
