Cauliflower and Minced Beef

Pre cook some macaroni cover and keep warm( macaroni will continue to cook. Under cook to your tastes then cover)
Ingredients
- 8 oz minced beef
- 1 dessertspoon corn flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1Ib cauliflower florets
- 1tbsp +1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pint water
- Dripping or oil for frying
Method
- Mix the cornflour, soy sauce, water, and salt & pepper together in a dish.
- Mix the cornflour paste in with the beef and leave to stand.
- Heat a pan, add a spot of oil and the Sauté cauliflower florets quickly (t minute),
- Add 1 tsp soy sauce and toss the florets quickly and remove from the pan to another dish
- Place the minced beef mixture in the frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the pint water to this then add the cauliflower and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve with the pre cooked boiled macaroni.
