Chili Beef and Bean Biscuit Casserole

Ladies, feed your hungry men. A fast and simple way to your honey’s heart.

(Serves 6)

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Cook Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

 

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon parsley
  • 1 can refrigerate biscuits
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
  2. In large skillet cook beef and onion until brown. Drain the fat.
  3. Add beans, soup, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and seasoning. Cook until heated, stir occasionally. Transfer to 9 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
  4. Arrange biscuits on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes more.
  7. Serve Immediately

    Yes! A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. My wife fed me into submission. 18 years ago I weighted 160 lbs. I am now 100 pounds heavier. Another great recipe Lauren!
