Chili Beef and Bean Biscuit Casserole

Ladies, feed your hungry men. A fast and simple way to your honey’s heart.
(Serves 6)
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can pinto beans
- ½ cup minced onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can tomato soup
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon parsley
- 1 can refrigerate biscuits
- 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
- In large skillet cook beef and onion until brown. Drain the fat.
- Add beans, soup, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and seasoning. Cook until heated, stir occasionally. Transfer to 9 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
- Arrange biscuits on top.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes more.
- Serve Immediately
