Chili Con Carne
A quick recipe for chili con carne.
Ingredients:
- 300g of lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 10ml of oil
- 300ml tomatoes (canned)
- 125ml of red kidney beans
- 125ml of brown beans
- 2ml salt
- 7ml chili powder
Method:
- Place oil into frying pan and sauté chopped onions.
- Remove onion from pan and cook ground beef until well done.
- Place all ingredients into frying pan and let mixture simmer for 20 minutes. Place mixture into serving bowls and garnish with grated cheddar cheese.
