Chili-lime Grilled Pork Chops

published by Wiggles18 on Feb 22, 2010

These pork chops have go to be the easiest to make, and the most delicious.

Ingredients:

-4 pork chops

-1/2 cup lime juice

-1/4 cup olive oil

-1 TBS chili pepper

Directions:

In a large resealable bag, pour in the lime juice, olive oil, and chili pepper. Close the bag and give it a good shake to get the chili pepper all mixed in. Now put the pork chops in the bag, and close the bag, getting out as much of the air as possible. Marinate overnight in the fridge, flipping the bag a couple of times.

Place the pork chops on a grill at medium heat (450 F). Cook them for 7-10 minutes per side. Enjoy.
