Tenderize cutlets, brush with garlic salt (a little salt) and treat the mixture prepared in two parts honey and one part soy sauce. If the combination of thin, add more honey to the sauce slightly stretched. Then they have only 24 hours we look forward to okapané chops in oil until tender roast.
