Coke and Sugar Grilled Pork Chops

Barbecue Season In Canada.
Best Grilled Chops.

The secret to these delicious pork chops is the marinade.

Soak 6 thick pork chops in one can of coke

and 3 crushed garlic cloves in a bowl covered in the fridge.

all day or five hours.

1 bottle or can of coke

fresh garlic

for the sauce

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of apple cider

4 tbs of olive oil

1 tbs of soy sauce

1/2 tsp of fresh ground ginger

salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons of cornstarch

1/2 cup of water

6 loin pork chops.

Preheat your barebecue

In a small saucepan

combine brown sugar, apple cider and oil and spices

bring to a boil.

combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl

whisk into brown sugar mix until thick
