Crock Pot Roast Beef

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious roast beef that can cook while you’re at work.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized beef roast
  • 10  to 12 button mushrooms
  • 1 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Place roast and all other ingredients into crock pot with 1 cup of water and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.

Remove from crock pot and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with baby red potatoes and a spinach and strawberry salad. Enjoy your dinner.
