Cube Steak

How to tenderize cube steak.

Ingredients

  • Cube steak how many you desire
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup water
  • onion, salt and pepper how much you desire

Method

Pour grease or oil in saucepan. Cook cube steak on medium on both sides about 5 minutes or until brown. After cooking on both sides drain off most of the oil except for about 3 tablespoon. Put all cube steak back in sauce pan. Slice onion, sprinkle salt and pepper on cube steak or your own spices how much you desire. Add 1 cup of water cover with lid. Let simmer about 1 hour. Tender cube steak you will have.
