Ingredients

2-3 lbs.       deer steaks

1 Can         cream of mushroom soup

1 pkg.         Schillings meat marinade (not beef)

Ingredients

Remove all fat from steaks and season with a little salt and a little garlic salt. Flour steaks and brown in 1/2 lard. Mix meat marinade as directed except oil, omit it. Mix marinade and soup. Put steaks in crock pot and add soup and marinade. Let simmer on low setting for 2- 2 1/2 hours.
