Everyone’s Favorite: Hamburger, Rice and Gravy
I have yet to find someone that doesnt like this dish.
Its easy, fast, and filling.
Ingredients
- 3-5 lb. hamburger
- 1-can of cream of mushroom soup
- Pepper
- 4-6 cup rice 1-can of cream of mushroom and garlic soup
- Johnny’s seasoning salt
- 1/2 cube butter water
- 3/4 can of milk salt
Method
Make 10 or more very small hamburgers Depending on how many your cooking for. salt, pepper.and sprinkle with Johnny’s seasoning salt. Cook until done. Boil water and make the rice, while rice is sitting getting firm, take out hamburgers and put on plate, leave drippings in pan and add both cans of cream of mushroom soups. Add 3/4 can of milk to soup, stir well. once milk and soup are creamy add the hamburgers back into the pan, simmer 10-20 minutes. Serve. put rice on the plate, add a couple of little hamburgers and cover with soup gravy. Enjoy. Total time to cook- 30 mins. top!!!
