Goan Pork Chops Recipe
Succulent pork chops and fried potato chips…finger licking good! The recipe below:

Goan Pork Chops Recipe
Marinate pork chops in recheido masala(a fiery hot marinade made with red chillies, spices ground in vinegar) and toddy vinegar. For 6 large pork chops you will need 1 cup of vinegar, three heaped tablespoons of recheido, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add salt to taste or you may like to apply the salt to the chops before soaking them in the marinade.
Leave the chops in the recheido marinade overnight, preferably, or for at least 4 to 5 hours. When the chops are ready to fry, heat 1/2 cup oil or pork lard in a pan and fry chops till done. Serve hot with fried potato chips or a crusty loaf of bread. In Goa, pork chops stuffed into a pav(small loaf of the unique Goa bread) with salad and gravy are a popular street food!
Instead of frying, the marinated pork chops can also be grilled. Grilled or fried, this pork chop recipe is truly divine! That’s why I say…finger licking good! This recipe of Goan Pork Chops is very hot and spicy though and best avoided if you can’t stomach the fiery red chilly taste.
