Thank you. Please, may I have another?

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Bag Mexican Cheese Blend
  • White Wine
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Jalapenos (Finely chopped)
  • 2 Ripe Hoss Avocados (Remove peelings and pits thinly slice into wedges)
  • 2 Large Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1/2 A Bushel Of Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/2 Small Cabbage Thinly Shredded
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/4 Cup Olive Oil or Grape Seed Extract
  • 1 Container Cacique Mexican Sour Cream (Can Substitute For Low Cal Sour Cream)
  • 15 Tortillas
  • Ground Turkey

Place fry pan over medium high heat.  Brown turkey for about 8 minutes in quarter cup oil, then add one teaspoon cumin, garlic, onion, pepper, splash of wine and salt.  Continue to brown until turkey is done and ingredients are well blended.

    Tacos

Preheat a fry pan with remaining oil at medium low heat. Warm tortillas on seperate burner just enough to get them soft. Place a heaping tablespoon of turkey in the center of the tortillas, then fold and set in heated oil.  Constantly turn tacos to ensure even browning.  When tacos are golden brown remove from oil.  Place tacos upright in a large bowl to allow them to drain.  Finish filling with cheese, avocado slices, cabbage, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno, a squeeze of lime and sour cream.  Add your favorite salsa for extra kick!

    Makes 15 tacos

    Simply irresistable!
