Guys Assaults Girlfriend for Reading “50 Shades of Grey”

Here is when a man goes overboard on his anger over a book many, many women are reading.
, England, There is one lucky British woman. She goes by the name E.L James . She is the author of the book trilogy about sex (I have all three on my Kindle but haven’t read it yet, but will =)).
This trilogy has become so popular that off of this book, the author makes $1 MILLION A WEEK! Not a misprint!
This book is controversial, but everybody is talking about it. It is so controversial that in Carlisle U.K., a man named Raymond Hodgson got upset that his girlfriend, Emma McCormick became irritated one evening when he found out Emma was reading the book.
Hodgson called the book “pornographic” and “distasteful”
Prosecutors said when McCormick “answered her door and the argument continued. She went to close the door and Hodgson jammed his foot in the door, slapped her in the face and then squirted her with this bottle of sauce.” The sauce was steak sauce.
Hodgson insists he didn’t slap her in the face, but plead guilty for squirting the steak sauce in the face. Pleading guilty to assault, the punishment was a fine of 185 pounds and he had to give McCormick a 100 pounds. Hodgson also has a 6pm curfew for 6 weeks.
While that went on in the U.K., ladies are still crazy over “50 shades of grey”. Since the novels are set in the United States, even though the author herself is British, hotels in the area where the book takes place, CNN says that hotels in the area are offering “sexy weekend getaways”. Apparently classical music is mentioned throughout the pages of this book.
NPR says sales of classical music are going up becausee of this book.
