Halloween Party Recipes: Southwestern Ranch Cheeseburgers and Trail Mix

Here is a yummy party meal! The trail mix is delicious, too!
This comes from Kraft Halloween cookbook
1 pound ground beef
8 slices cheese
4 rolls split and toasted
1/4 cup ranch dressing
8 slices bacon crisply cooked
Shape meat into 4 patties
Cook patties in skillet on medium heat on each side until desired doneness,
Top each patties with 2 cheese slices; cover. contine cooking until cheese is melted, Fill rolls with cheeseburgers top with dressing and bacon Serve with salsa

TRAIL MIX
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds kernels
mix together ingredients, Makes about 5 cups
