Hamburger and Noodle Casserole

A quick skillet recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef.
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. Cooked egg noodles
  • 1 T. season salt.
  • small can peas (optional)drained
  • ¼ cup water

Preparation

  1. Boil egg noodles in pan of water 10 minutes.
  2. In 12 inch skillet brown ground beef over medium high heat, then drain
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and ¼ cup of water. Mix well.
  4. Add egg noodles. And small can of peas. Lower heat simmer for 7 minutes.

Cook time 20 minutes.

This is a good quick recipe my family really likes it.
