5 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

3 cups hash browns

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in hash browns, onions, salt and hot sauce. Stir in 1 cup cheese and half the bacon. Pour into 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is set. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over top; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
