Hawaiian-Style Pineapple-Glazed Baby Back Ribs

Proper dress code for eating these delicious ribs should be a Grass Skirt and Lei, because they’ll have you thinking you are enjoying dinner in Hawaii.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Baby Back Ribs
- 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Hot Chili Flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 – 1 tsp dried Thyme
- Fresh ground Black Pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients except ribs and mix well
- Place ribs in an airtight container or zip lock bag and coat with half of the sauce
- Refrigerate coated ribs and remaining sauce (in a separate container) overnight
- Cook extra sauce over medium heat until reduced to nearly half
- Broil or Grill ribs on medium heat, turning frequently and basting with sauce
- Ribs are done when tender and deep brown
