Honeyed Ham Steak

A Fast and easy entree.

Side dish suggestion: Brussels sprouts & yams

 

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 fully cooked smoked ham, center slice, ½” thick

Method

In large skillet over medium heat, heat mustard, honey, and butter until blended. Add ham; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through. Remove ham to platter; pour honey mixture over ham.
