published by fedjdc on Jul 30, 2009

This will teach you how to cook a juicy-inside and crunchy-outside fried pork chop. The steps are simple and easy to follow.

Slice the pork the way you want and steam it until the pork turns white. After steaming, immediately place the pork inside the freezer until it becomes half-frozen. Remove the pork from the freezer and roll it over the bread crumbs.

Fry the pork and remove it when it turns to golden brown.
