Hi there. Today I explain how to cook a tasty Post Roast. First you will need to gather together a few items to start with. The things you will need for this recipe you may and may not have. You are going to need a turkey pan. Not the aluminum cheap pan. But the sturdy metal turkey pan with the lid.
Set the oven on 350 degrees to start pre-heating. Get an onion, a few carrots, some potatoes, and a couple of cans of green beans. Next cut up the onion, carrots and potatoes into small chunks on a cutting board and set it to the side. Then put the thawed out roast in the turkey pan. Bring the pan over to the sink and fill it with water to about half way up the roast. Slide Roast to one end of the pot. Then put the chopped vegetables to the other side of the pan. Get some Season All which is a name brand seasoning. Sprinkle Season All across Roast and vegetables. But not to much. Then you’ll need to cut up 3 garlic cloves. And toss them into the pan.
Put the lid on and slide roast into the oven. Which should be pre-heated by now. Set the timer by microwave or by stove timer to 5 hrs. At two and a half hrs slide Roast out. Take off lid and cut Roast into slices. Then put the lid back on and slide it back into the oven. When the rest of the time is up you will then have a nice tasty tender Pot Roast.
