How to Make “All in One Pork Chop Dinner”

published by Robin L on Aug 30, 2012

I just love meals that are done in my slow cooker because for the most part, the complete meal is in the pot. But you don’t need a slow cooker for this recipe.

Using just a few ingredients, you can make this all in one pork chop dinner. I generally serve a tossed salad or just some cut up tomatoes and cucumbers on the side along with the meal.

Ingredients:

4 bone in pork chops

Pork chop (Photo credit: stu_spivack)

4 medium potatoes, cut into thin wedges

1- shake & bake extra crispy pork coating

2 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Coat the pork chops with the shake n bake and place in the baking dish. Add the potato wedges and drizzle with the italian dressing. Bake for 35 minutes.

Remove from oven and put 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce and a 1/4 cup of cheese on each pork chop. Bake until cheese has melted…about 5 minutes.

Serves: 4
