How to Make Beer Roast Beef

A fast and easy roast beef recipe using your crock pot and a bottle of beer.

The next time that you decide to have roast beef try making it with beer. Something about cooking with beer makes your recipes so tender and this one is guaranteed to make the most flavorful and deliciously tender roast that you’ve ever had. Plus you don’t even have to like beer to enjoy it. For this fast and easy recipe we’ll be using your crock pot so you won’t have to worry about heating up your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb. Beef Roast
  • 1 16 oz. Bottle of beer
  • 3 Beef bullion cubes
  • 1/4 Cup of onions diced
  • Black pepper

Method:

First add the bullion cubes to the crock pot, then add the roast and sprinkle the top with the diced onions, and pour the beer over the top. Cook on high for approx. four hours and then cook for another hour on low.
